Failed to diagnose a suspension problem 3 different times on one truck. Took that truck to a second dealer in another city and the problem was quickly found and repaired in a timely fashion. On a different truck failed to diagnose a fuel system problem, but was repaired after being told what parts to replace. I would avoid the service department for anything more complicated than an oil change. However the parts department is fair and for the most part is very helpful, my only complaint about them is the parts cost considerably more than from a parts store and take longer to order.
As for sales I have never dealt with them because other dealers in surrounding towns are generally 10,000 less for the same equipped vehicle.
After problems other people I know have had, I would avoid buying or getting any brand of vehicle serviced at any brand dealer in Laramie.
