I had about 10k on my 07.5 6.7 cummins 3500 SRW, i had DPF issues with the pickup, i brought it in and they reflashed it... i guess, i was never told what was done, i know there was reflash recall on it, not sure if they cleaned the turbo or not. no one would inform me about it. after that, i decided to buy the extended warranty, they weren't very clear on the info on it, they made it sound as if it was a Daimler Chrysler warranty, it was not i later found out at a different dealership. i decided to sell my warranty because i decided i didn't need it due to the fact the cummins motor has a 100k mile warranty on it. three months later, no reimbursement, i called up Zurich, they had never received any info on the transaction... i called Coliseum, and got two voicemail inboxes... i had to get stern with them to finally get a real person in finance. I talked to Brian, very very helpful, but it seemed he was new and was limited on what he could do. I finally got things worked out, and now i won't be getting my reimbursement until 6 months after i sold it... I don't think i'll be dealing with them again.

I got the Hemi w/tow package /offroad among other things the buying experience was a great deal of fun. no pressure but they were there and went above and beyond the norm to make it as pleasant as possible for us. the service dept is also very good never a problem. they want your business and go out of their way to keep it. only thing I've needed done was adjustment of the headlights, they did it without so much as a cough. they call me from time to time and ask how everything is going and do I have any problems or questions. treat me like i'm gold, and that means a lot to me as I'm not a suit and tie man. These people, all of them, get my highest recommendation.
