Hello,
   I am the Dealer at Town & Country Chrysler-Dodge, Inc. in Belington WV.   I recently, by accident, came across your survey site and was surprised by what a valued customer had said about my dealership.  The customers name is Joseph Boutwell.
Even though he was apparently upset at the time, he has continued to be a regular service customer of ours and has even purchased a new car here since then. 
   I'm afraid that people tend to use sites like yours to vent their frustrations and are unaware of the long term damage that they can do by posting something that stays visible forever.  Unfortunately not many people use the web to inform others of how happy and satisfied they are.  Just compare the number of "frowny faces" on your site to 'smilely faces."
   My dealership consistently scores high in customer satisfaction ratings with our manufacturer in both sales and service.  I feel that your site has done us a disservice by allowing this customer to post such a message without first hearing both sides.  I am giving you my name as a contact at my dealership and welcome the opportunity to resolve issues, at the same time I am asking that the message posted by Mr. Boutwell be removed from you site.

I have lost the contact information for Mr. Boutwell, so the entry has been deleted because I can not verify whether or not the original complaint is still valid.
