Cannot get fixed what I take it in for. Bought the vehicle in June of 2003. Its a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Had 14,000 miles on it. I have made three payments on this vehicle and have had it in the shop 5 - 6 times for the same things over and over again. Vehicle pulls to the right. The cruise control does not work right. And there is a clanking noise when you shift out of park and into reverse or drive, either one. They have concentrated on the pulling to the right, every time I've taken it in, and they STILL HAVE NOT got it fixed. Very, Very unhappy customer of this.

Very disappointed, salesmen did not know up from down. You tell them what you are looking for, they show you everything but what you said. Not just one of them---all of them even managers, never buy from them. Never never never buy from Ripley Dodge you will be sorry.
