Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor,
Have had used their service department on 3 or 4 occasions. They never call with updates. Took in for noise this week, rented a car, and called mid afternoon to see what was happening. "It will be $300 to tear into the front end to find out what the problem is." Why didn't THEY call with diagnosis instead of just letting it sit there while I was renting a car? Decided not to let them work on it based on previous inattentive service and poor communication. Went to pick up the vehicle and it was in an outdoor lot overnight - unlocked. I am apparently looking at an expensive repair, and I will drive further to a different dealer. My vehicle has 120,000 miles on it. I will not purchase a replacement at Tasch.

Sales=Good, Service=Poor,
Sales people were courteous, didn't mess around with me and I was able to get a fair price. However, service and parts need some help. The parts guy is a total moron. No response for three weeks after asked for phone number so as to expedite warranty parts replacement. Called back and told part is in. Upon arrival, wrong part was ordered. No apology. Told will call when correct part arrives-approx. three days. No call on third day. Call parts department. Parts guy (Dave) says "it gits here when it gits here". I speak with salesman and he tells me three days again for part. He apologizes for parts guy. How they got five-star certified is beyond me.
