Bought a new 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel from Dishman. It's been a great truck. I already had a good quote from Dave Smith Motors and planned to buy from them again as I had an excellent experience with them on two previous purchases. Friends kept encouraging me to give Dishman a try as they were much more competitive than in past years and service had gone up as well. So far I'm glad I did. Dishman beat the Dave Smith price and offered local service with a few add-ons (lifetime $25.00 oil changes, WA lemon law protection, etc.) The sales process and closing was not as clean as Dave Smith, but was OK. I wish all dealers would adopt an honest no-hassle policy like Dave Smith. I haven't had any issues with the truck beyond a recall for not staying in park. I've taken it back for all oil changes. I'm getting my 30,000 mile service done today. Service has been fine although the time estimates are usually not accurate (up to two hours or more for a 30 min oil change) This has happened a few times so now I try not to wait - just drop it off and pick it up after work. Larry at the service counter usually handles my service. He's friendly and does a good job. I did get stranded one time when my service was running long (oil change, snow tire changeover, recall for transmission park issue). I took the shuttle out to a local mall to kill a couple hours and ended up getting stranded there - for several hours. Called the dealership a couple times to get picked up but no one came. In Larry's defense it was other people who took my calls but apparently didn't relay them. Needless to say I was a little upset when I finally got back to get my truck. They knew it and instead of dealing with it they tried to avoid me and get me out of there as fast as possible. I wasn't yelling or being disruptive (I'm a nice guy and don't do that) just made it clear I was unhappy that my whole day was wasted. There was no real attempt at a service recovery. Bottom line is I still use Dishman for service but I don't trust their time estimates and don't use their shuttle.

Got the best price I could find on the internet. Searched the net and Adam Macomber, follow through and became my business partner in ordering a 2007.5, 3500, 6.7 CTD, LB, AT, SRW,QC. Exceptional customer relations. Adam was product knowledgeable and honest in every area that any customer would respect.

I like Dodge products. They have always been reliable and dependable. However, my experience with one of the salesman at this particular dealership, turned me off to going there ever again. It turns out he is related to a friend of mine's girlfriend, and he was asking about me from them. He proceeded to then tell them my credit score and how I shouldn't have any hopes to purchase anything decent in the next ten years. This is confidential information this person shared with two people that I know of. Imagine what this individual is doing other places with other people with your confidential information. I will never go to that dealership again, nor recommend it to anyone!

The sales staff at Dishman will tell you anything in order to get you to buy, without making it clear to their managers. I have no doubt the vehicle I purchased is a good one, but when they say they put it through a thorough check and don't find the little things that need fixed, it makes one wonder how much they check. We took our vehicle in to have something fixed, which the salesman said he would get fixed, but when it was going to cost the dealership, they used all of their excuses to not pay to get it fixed. In my idea if someone says something, you can trust them to stand by what they tell you. Not tell you something and not follow it through. I would never recommend Dishman to anyone I know and would never buy there again. I would rather drive the extra miles to buy at Dave Smith. My family has bought at Dave Smith and been treated well every time something was wrong. I wish I would have kept up the tradition. Live and learn I guess.

I purchased a used '97 Ram 2500 Cummins from a private party who purchased the vehicle new from Dishman Dodge. I called the Service Dept. and asked them to print up the service history of the vehicle. I arrived within an hour and they had it printed out and ready for me.

Wanted to purchase 2003 2500 Hemi quad cab. Salesman didn't know the truck! Told him to look at my list of options required & give me his best price. His sales manager argued with me for 15 min. that he didn't sell trucks that way! I told him that I bought by best price & if he didn't give me a price in 5 min. I was walking. 10 min. later as we pulled out of the lot with no price, the salesman came running with a price. Out of 5 dealers they were the highest. I saved $3500.00 by driving to a dealer 35 miles away. Best tuck & deal I ever had out of 23 new purchases! Second visit was to this dealer to get service. They were rude, charged me more than they quoted & then didn't use the correct weight oil 5-30 because they said they put 10-30 in everything. I waited 90 min. for an oil change & had to take it else where to get it done right! I tried the service dept. 2 additional times with about the same results! When I asked to speak to the woman owner I got a dealer customer service manager & when I asked to see the owner I was told she wasn't in. That was not true as she had just walked past us with another manager. I went back 3 other times to speak directly to the owner but was told each time that she was unavailable to customers, that is why she hired managers! Goodbye Dishman Dodge forever! I'm sure you would like to have had the 4 sales on the company trucks I just purchased!
Find a dealer who has an owner who will see a customer! That dealer shouldn't be afraid to give you their price. After all, they will tell you you cant find a better DEAL! I did not have one good feeling about this dealer on any of my visits. I have purchased 23 new vehicles & 20 or so used & this was the worst. However, they did just build a new building! They just did it without my money! (SMILE!)

Very helpful and friendly! Went out of their way to familiarize us with the truck. The salesman even guided us to the motel since we didn't know our way around Spokane.

Perhaps because we had bought our Dodge Ram out of State before moving to Spokane, our turn to receive service was (deliberately?) placed at the end of the line after several hours of waiting. This happened to us twice and therefore those with pre-owned Dodge vehicles, beware at Spokane Dishman Dodge.
