After several complaints regarding a malfunctioning seat and several explanations
that it was normal regardless of my concern, I took the vehicle to Tysons Dodge
and they quickly identified and repaired the problem with no questions asked.
Very happy with Tysons Dodge knowledge, service, and quality of care.

Bought my 02 Ram Quad in AUG 02. Great experience-hassle free--used Costco buying
program and was easy and pain free. Having done a bit of research and tests
drives a few months beforehand, I was able to do almost every aspect of the
purchase over the phone with the Costco-given contact, who was the Gen Mgr.
Saleperson became involved after they found the vehicle that matched most of
my wants list and he helped make the transaction go smoothly. Service had some
quirks in the beginning, but seems to have improved a lot. I liked the dealership
so much that when my life partner became totally fed up with his 02 Mercedes
c320 Sport, that we decided to purchase 04 Durango in Jan from Fair Oaks and
the experience was even better. We are both pleased with the entire operation.

Honest did not sugar coat things. Gave the answers I needed good or bad. Four
good service writers to help. Limited access for Trucks.

Sales department knew their stuff and were ready and willing to help me even
before I made it to the door (but not in a pushy way). I test drove a number
of Rams to try various combinations of powerplants and trannys and they were
happy to oblige. I've had both good and bad experiences with their service department.
They're nice and appear helpful (and do have a free loaner program) but I'm
not convinced they can diagnose a problem without assistance. Took my new 2001
Ram 2500 in for loose steering and an obvious squeak in the front end. I was
told "no problem found" after three days of it being in the shop. After I test
drove it with the service manager they replaced the steering gear and greased
the bejeebers out of all my front end bushings and motor mounts. Steering was
better but the squeak remained and the underside of my truck is now a greasy
mess (and, above all, grease is not recommended for rubber bushings). Took it
back for the squeak and waited three more days. They didn't get to it in that
time. Not trusting them to work on it again, I ended up diagnosing and fixing
it myself. It was the steering shaft (of all things) and totally unrelated to
anything they greased up.
