bought 2003 hemi ram 1500 truck new told them i needed a truck to pull travel trailers they sold me this truck told me it would tow 8600lbs. bought a new fifth wheel trailer and found out it wouldn't pull this weight. had to trade truck put me in negative equity and a seven year loan they took no responsibility for their mistake. don't ever buy a 1500 hemi from these guys, because they will lie to you and won't help when they get caught. Daimler should do something with these people.

I bought a 2001 Grand Caravan 2 years ago, I have had numerous problems with it. I recently tried to trade it. They told me I had $10,000 negative equity in the vehicle THEY sold me and I bought it used. I got the worst deal of my life. Every time I suggested something, the salesmen huddled up in the middle of the showroom and made me feel uncomfortable. Please stay away from this place and save yourself a lot of negativity.
