I get excellent service from hinckley's in Ogden. When the work is done its
done right and on time.
I really like "Mike" the man who works in the wash bay. He does excellent
work cleaning up my vehicle each and every time I bring it in to be serviced.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid, if you buy a vehicle from a dealership and
immediately have problems they should get you right in for service but not at
this dealership. It's called we got your money now make an appointment. Their
mechanics are incompetent.

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid, Making appointments is difficult. I have had
to reschedule appointments because they did not perform the work on time. Additionally,
they performed certain procedures wrong and I had to bring the truck in again.
For instance, when replacing the steering column, they put the steering wheel
on 90 degrees off center and then made me make another appointment to fix it
right. Furthermore they acted put out when I showed them this and said to me
"there is only one way the steering wheel goes on this must be correct." That
would be correct if you don't mind having the horn buttons at the 6:00 and 12:00
positions. Many other problems with service here
