I called the service department to order a starter for a 2000 Dodge 3/4 ton Cummins. I had several questions for the service department. They gave me a price, which was about $100 higher than the other dealers I talked to and they hung up on me as I tried to ask more questions. I will NEVER go back for the service I received on the phone. I would recommend Dodge owners make the drive over to McKinney or Bonham which is well worth the extra few miles!! Avoid Frisco Dodge!!

I was lucky I was able to get the least of an add deal. I purchased a 2003 dodge ram 1500 Quad cab in Atlantic blue for a steal like 21,xxx.xxx and change. I would advise anyone who goes into the dealer ship to stick to your dollar amount ~~~ it worked for me.

I came into the dealership 12/14/02 to order a truck. They took my order. I let holidays pass and call the salesman 1/8/03 to get a status on the truck. He says I'll have to call you back and never does. I call back 1/10/03 and the salesman turns me over to the sales manager and he tells me it's in "D" status and that the auto plants shut down for 2 weeks. I then call the owner and he tells me there were no engines. I told him I talked to customer service and they told me the dealer ordered the truck 1/9/03. The owner says I don't know about that I will have to call you back and never does. The bottom line is they did not order the truck until 1/9/03, the day after I called for a status. The owner is a liar and sales manager is a liar, so the rest of his staff is going to lie. I didn't end up getting the truck until 3/10/03, almost 3 months which cost me $700 because I had to turn in a leased vehicle and rent a car. I asked them if they were going to take care of the $700.00 and the sales manager says hell no, do you want the truck or what?You have got to be a damn fool to go to this dealer for anything. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Frisco Dodge is bad news!!
