On or about 12/10/2005, My sister was looking for a new truck. My sister lives about 300 miles from San Antonio and I convinced her to buy a truck here. The Dodge Rams Quad-Cabs were advertised by Fiesta at about $18000.00. I called Fiesta and the sales person confirmed the price. My sister gave the salesman all her information for financing and the salesmen said come on to San Antonio you are approved. I went to pick her up and drove for four hours to Brownsville and four hours back. When we arrived at the dealership the sales person was trying to sell her a used Dakota for $18000.00. The following day we went to another Dodge Dealer North Star Dodge of San Antonio. They also advertise the Ram Quad-Cab at the same price. They claim that the trucks in the add were sold and were trying to sell her a used programmed truck. I think that Dodge needs to survey the new customers and see if they paid the add price or a higher price. I believe your dealerships are using bait to bring in customers. Your Dealers are probably buying the trucks for them and keeping the rebates, then selling them as program trucks with no rebates. Now I'm looking for a new truck and I am also encountering the same problems.

Honest dealers are very hard to find now days. Fiesta is by far the most honest and helpful. Every time I visit them to buy a new vehicle, have service done, or buy parts for my truck, they have always been top notch!!! If you have had problems with your dealer, consider Fiesta.
Their ad tag line "you'll love doing business with ladies & gentlemen" it's not a joke. Go see for yourself.

Sales=Good, Service=Good, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
All but one visit to the service department went without a hitch. On one visit, they did not fix one of the items listed on the service form but said that it was fixed. I ended up taking in in on another visit and they did fix it. I have been to service departments from hell. This is NOT one of them. They seem to have my best interests at heart.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor,
Keep the truck for several days, sometimes with no evidence of fixing it.  Act as though they are doing YOU a favor by working on it, or providing transportation! This dealership made me really think hard about legal action.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
They wrecked my car while they were repairing it. Charged me for a state inspection that they didn't perform, probably because they couldn't clear it with the busted tail light they caused. The service manager, Phil Germain, didn't even apologize for the damage! Instead he told me I would have to wait for body repair since they are backed up! It has been two weeks and I am still waiting! Take your vehicle here at your own risk!

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
Oil pump malfunctioned after only 44,000 miles, along with timing chain, dimmer switch, and catalytic converter. A month after Fiesta "repaired" the problems, the engine threw a rod. They want to accept no responsibility & expect me to pay for a new engine. The incompetent mechanic that worked on the truck initially said that there was nothing wrong with the oil pump, it just needed an oil change. Then on his test drive it lost all oil pressure, and he drove it several miles back to the dealership with no oil pressure. But, they want to claim no responsibility. Avoid this place. A tow truck driver told me that he is constantly taking the same vehicles back to this dealership over and over. The service manager has no clue about customer service and acts as if you're interrupting his busy schedule if you try to speak to him. Totally unwilling to provide transportation.

Sales=Good, Service=Don't Know,
My credit union mentioned that this dealer was part of their network. I purchased the vehicle (special ordered it) at 1.9% over dealer invoice. My salesperson, Joe Coehlo, was awesome. I had made my deal in less than 30 minutes. It was much more reasonable than I expected. Seeing the horror stories posted worries me, but I am confident my truck will be nice. I'll let you know how the F&I part goes when I pick it up.

Sales=Good, Service=Excellent,
I've bought two Dakotas there (92 & 95) and highly recommend them! I was treated great by the sales folks but what really won me over was the service I received. They even fixed a front sticking brake caliper after the warranty was expired (they replaced both!). Plan on buying all my Dodge cars and trucks from them.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent,
Major diesel fuel leak (fuel return line) on business travel in a different town...they fit me in, called ASAP when the diagnosis was done. The work took about an hour longer than expected, over the course of three days. Not too bad. Price OK,maybe, at $583, including valve adjustment.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know or No Experience
