This was by far the best vehicle purchasing experience I have had.  I got an excellent price on the truck I ordered and they made it a great experience.  I have also had a good experience with their service department where they fixed my faulty brake light switch while I waited.

5 star dealership got me an 8 year 80k bumper to bumper thrown in with my purchase price which was 1500 under loan value on a 10k mile 1999 4x4 SLT quad 1500. Salesman was a pleasure to deal with. Didn't have a trade in and the truck I bought had just arrived on the lot. Dealership let me use a loaner for 4 days. Will let me have a loaner for overnight stays as well. Very nice to deal with.

Well, went in to see about the ping on my 99 w/ 360. They stated that I should run premium. hmmm. Interesting Told them that a TSB was out about reflashing the PCM, told me it wasn't for my truck. hmmm Told them that I've heard (on DIRT) about people getting the fix on the same model year truck. Told me they haven't heard of a new flash yet, now this was in DEC, 2000, will call them again to see if they have the flash as of yet, but they gave me a bit of a "run around" and this is why I'm stating their service as POOR. Basically, don't BS me, gimmie the facts!   The person who sent this report also reported, to the DiRT list, several problems with this service dept.
