This is strictly a "used" vehicle place, so may not apply. I was in & out 15 times at least, straight up front about what I wanted, they HAD to know I was serious, coming in that many times! Absolutely would not budge off the price of two diesel pickups I was interested in & acted insulted when I asked them to~ One had been there on the lot for over 8 months & not sold. They acted like I didn't know what I was talking about, when I'd researched things thoroughly. Then to add insult to injury wouldn't even LOOK at my trade in(a 1991 Buick Regal Custom) said "We don't sell junk here" that's when I got up to leave & one of the salespeople (there were 2 in the room) blocked the door, saying "now wait just a minute, there" My most outrageously frustrating deal ever! I didn't buy due to salesmen rudeness & condescending attitude. Worst, they had trucks there that I wanted to buy! Acted insulted when I tried to get them to come off "asking" price! Has happened to others I know too.
