I have taken my van to this service department three times. The first time was great! The two other times I took my van to get service is where I had my problems. They say you are to drop your vehicle off by 0700 so that it can be looked at right away, YEAH RIGHT!! When I called to check on what was going on with my van at 1200 they hadn't even looked at it yet. I feel the customer service is very poor. You have to keep calling and calling to get a status on the work being done. When the work is finally completed everything is fine, so you think. The last time I had maintenance done the receipt said that they did work that they didn't do. Luckily for me my van was under warranty so it didn't cost me anything, but I am sure the warranty company was billed for the work that was supposed to have been done. I think that if this service department does this type of billing for work that was not completed, then what are they capable of doing. Trust is a very important thing and I don't trust them! Go somewhere else to get you vehicle worked on.

Bought a 2003 Jeep Cherokee, have had nothing but fantastic service the few times I have been in. And the sales staff was excellent. Very highly recommend this dealer for Dodge / Chrysler / Jeep service.
