These guys have always treated myself and family fairly,any problem we have had they have always done their best to correct it. Sure they drop the ball once in a while but who doesn't. I bought several new and used trucks from these guys over the years and wouldn't hesitate to buy or have a vehicle serviced there.

I live several miles away from them, so I was trying to find a truck by phone and they really didn't want to deal with me! Bought a truck two days later from another dealer for $3,000.00 less!

Ordered my truck in April of 1997. Said it would take 6-8 weeks to get it. Well, the engine plant went on strike and I received a phone call from my salesman, Mark Burney, and he explained the situation and said I had three options; 1. Wait until the 1998 model came out, 2. Refund my deposit, 3. He'd find me one. Well, I chose option 3. Within 24 hours he had found a truck with all of the options I wanted in Missouri. Ouch! I asked what I'd have to do to get it and he said that it would cost an extra $185.00 and they would have it in two days. Well, needless to say, I jumped on it!!! They treated me like a person, not a number. They even did the first oil and transmission change for free, because in their words, "You live over 100 miles away and we feel that we owe you something for dealing with us.". Guess where I'll buy my next vehicle!?!?!?!
