My salesman Joe Mejia, was a real pleasure to work with to be able to buy my
new 2007 Dodge 2500 Cummins turbo diesel. Joe was very knowledgeable about the
truck and was able to prove to me a long time Chevy person why a Dodge is the
better truck for my needs. I highly recommend Joe Mejia and the entire sales

I read the other reviews and thought this would be a good place to buy from-and
it was great! Don't know what the deal was with one review on sales being stuck
on sticker price. These guys beat everyone else's price and had several of the
trucks I was looking for. Service has been great too. Came back for a tailgate
extender install and it was done while I waited in the lounge. Very clean place.
Nice people. And I saved money to boot!

05experience=I had one bad experience at this dealer and several good ones.
My only bad experience was with my paint problem. Upon initial visit, they sent
me to their paint and body shop. The guy there recommended a new clear coat.
I was just out of warranty on miles but still under in the time frame. After
a couple of weeks of calling, they said they would split the cost of a clear
coat with me. I told them I thought they should pay for the whole thing. They
refused and said I had to wait for the regional manager. After several weeks
he came and looked at it and refused to do anything. They charged me $100 to
clay it. This only temporarily fixed the problem. I later found a TSB dealing
with the problem . Really, in this case, my beef was more with Chrysler than
the dealership itself. Every other encounter I've had with them they have been
VERY efficient, helpful, and thorough. Overall, I have been very satisfied with
the service at this dealership and would recommend them to other Ram owners.

When I brought my truck in for an oil change, the service advisor saw that I
needed an inspection sticker and a tire rotation. He was able to schedule during
that visit, instead of me having to come back at a later date. My time is very
valuable and being a woman I appreciated him pointing this out. Thank You Boerne
Chrysler!

I have purchased 3 vehicles there in the past 5 years and was very happy with
all three of them. I also sent my son there and they bought a van. More than
1/2 dozen of my friends have purchased vehicles.

I started out looking at various makes and models and unlike most other San
Antonio Dealers I've been to, the salesman was took his time and answered all
the questions I had about the various models. He was extremely knowledgeable
on the trucks. They also had an excellent selection. He did an outstanding walk
through of the vehicle features. He did have to look up trailer towing capacities
but was very happy to look the info up for me.
While negotiating the price, I felt the trade-in was seriously
low but I left and went to Carmax and got a very close appraisal on it there
as well. They explained that the used car market is basically in the toilet
right. I went back to Boerne and they offered to pull the trade out of the deal
so I could sell it myself. I declined because I didn't want to have 2 car payments
at the same time. Other than that, negotiations went OK and I ended up getting
the truck for $1500 under dealers invoice including rebates. (They showed me
the invoice.) This also included enrolling me in Business link since I have
my own business.
I think I got a great vehicle for a good price and the staff was
excellent, although the Finance department is a little pushy with the extended
warranty coverage. Overall, it was a great car buying experience and I plan
on going there first next time I need a vehicle.

This dealer's problem is that they will not budge off of MSRP. I have tried
to do business with them on several occasions over the years but they still
to this day sell only at sticker price. Sales people are pretty knowledgeable
and are friendly. Go see them if you don't mind paying sticker price.
