I will never do business with them again after my situation. I bought my 2003
dodge ram in march of 2003, being in the military i was deployed when my wheels
were stolen on my truck. well my wife went to the dealer to get a new set of
wheels for the truck, she asked for the same wheels that were on the truck.
the truck came with 20 inch polished aluminum wheels, but gave her the plastic
capped 20 inch chrome wheels which started to bubble up. i contacted the dealer
and let them know, they said they would replace only the wheels with the chrome
bubbling up. they even sent a representative from dodge, he did not even do
a thing. the next thing the dealer started telling me was that they did not
have a sales receipt on the wheels my wife purchased.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Good, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
Used the Internet Sales rep, only way to go. Purchase experience was good, no
high pressure sales used by dealer. The sales rep gave me the deal, I made a
counter, he got it approved and off we went. Service department has been easy
to deal with. They are awful busy and they only have one Diesel mechanic, at
least that is what I was told, but scheduled an appointment and they went to
work on my truck shortly after I arrived. Had a diesel fuel leak problem so
I contacted the emergency road assistance, they came within two hours, picked
up my truck and delivered to the dealer. Several hours later truck was repaired
and they cleaned off the diesel fuel that was spread all over the bottom of
the truck, all work was done with no charge to me.

05experience=Great deal when I bought a 2004 Ram 2500 Hemi But when the Cruise
Control needed repair I made a Saturday appointment on line and when I arrived
at the dealer, I was told "you should know better than make an appointment
on Saturday for service". I made 4 trips from San Antonio to New Braunfels
for repairs on the Cruise Control before they finally fixed the problem. They
did loan me a car one time and paid for a rental another time. I was told by
Brett the sales manager that he no longer wanted my business any longer. Don't
buy a truck there unless you want it serviced elsewhere.
They do not like problems they have to fix.
Don't buy if you don't live in New Braunfels. You make numerous trips at your
cost. When you are worn down they will loan a car only if they are stymied by
the problem.
