Lied to by salesman had salesman calls my wife and myself liars cussed my wife.
Went to dealer to repair plug in bed of truck for trailer they lowered my spare
to get to plug and did not place the spare back and kept my rod to the jack
that lowers the tire. Covered up damage on truck tailgate with a tailgate guard
with dents below it.
The people at baytown dodge are interested in money only not service they get
the talking part done and nothing else. My truck now has the death wobble driving
in houston traffic is very dangerous.

Got a great deal, Great salesman, I had few minor problems that was repaired
quickly in service..Charlette and Joe got me out. No hassle sale with great
service

The sale price was lower than 2 of the big dealers in Houston,but did not have
the exact truck I wanted at the time. Two days later I received a call, got
more options than I wanted at MY PRICE. The 1st oil change was free and it was
quick and easy. Next time I broke down on the road, called service department,
instructed me to call roadside assistant and had a rental car waiting for me.
(1st day rental is GREAT!!!) and I was ready the next day. Saturday service
is nice for oil changes or the trim part they had ordered for me. They told
me if they have to order parts they have them the next morning....I am waiting
for the regular service repair problems but they seem to have their act together....

My Diesel pickup broke down on the way to play the slots, they were able to
take me in at 2pm and I was back on the road by 5pm. I went back on a Saturday
for a oil change, I was there less than an hour and had the same friendly service.
I live in Houston but will be taking my truck to Baytown for service.
I love my truck but the Mega-Cab sure looks nice...

I was in the process of buying a new diesel pickup, were i experienced bad service.
The salesman Carl Cortez was a really nice and friendly guy, and i would refer
him to anyone. The finance manager was extremely rude. I wanted to know the
drive out on the new truck, and he wouldn't even tell the salesman so he could
tell me. Then when he "finally" spoke with me he was very rude and
when it was all said and done the vehicle was almost 4 thousand dollars more
than they told me in the beginning of the process. They were trying to stick
me with a lot more money than they actually told me when we agreed on the price.
I also told them not to run my credit until i was happy with the price on the
truck and they did it anyway. If anyone attempts to buy a vehicle from this
place watch what they are doing. They will tell you a price that you like and
then move money around and try to hide it. Be careful!!

The service department at this dealership is awful. We have bought several vehicles
from this dealership and every trip to the service department has been bad.
We have complained to management and they told us they had new people and that
things were going to be better. We recently got a recall on our 2004 ram. We
made an appointment, took time to take it in. Called the next day and they said
they did not have the part. It would be in the next week. (could have told us
before we left it)!! It has been almost 2 months and they have yet to call.
Not that it would matter now because we will take our service needs and any
other purchase we make in the future to another dealer. I also took a brand
new (few weeks old) Town & Country in because the side panel was coming
off, left it 2 days and got it home and it was worse than when I took it in.
They had to order a new panel and do it again. They are rude from the managers
on down. I work in a credit union and I told our loan department and any one
that is wanting to buy a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge not to go there.

Excellent sales experience! Bill Dooley was wonderful. He was on my credit union
list of contacts. He quoted the bottom line price on my Ram 1500 Reg Cab. No
nonsense, no bull at all! Service very professional and friendly. Highly recommend
seeing Bill for purchasing a vehicle! Squeaking driver seat tracks/mount to
be replaced under warranty, no questions asked.

bought there=yes, scv_there=yes, Salesmen have absolutely no bargaining power.
All questions/offers must go through the "managers" The manager that helped
us was "Alan" Managers seem to have a VERY short memory. As soon as the sale
was complete several of the things that were offered and promised were simply
a "misunderstanding" and were never promised at all! Also was told by Alan that
dealer ship had spent "a lot of money for service repairs" to get the vehicle
ready for re-sale. I later called the Service manager who told me that the only
thing they had done was change the oil. There was an A/C issue and it was repaired
BEFORE purchase, however when fixing that problem, the mechanic broke the heater,
and the dash had to be taken apart AGAIN! Get it in writing, or get it done
before you sign the papers with this dealer ship.
