my service on both of my trucks was great there was a problem with mach forgetting
a few details but this was taken care of quickly without a neg attitude. The
sales department was not all that attentive I was there all day looked at trucks
and was never approached or ask if i was interested in any of them My husband
came late that afternoon and we looked at them again and was still not ask finial
we ask questions and was treated like we were putting them out was turned over
to a gentleman that was pushy and not at all friendly when we test drove he
was extremely bossy as to where we drove in what line extra we still tried to
deal with him and he was still not at all friendly. could not answer any questions
about the truck except that the stereo and chrome wheels just the pretty stuff
which we told him that did not interest us he knew nothing not about performance
of the truck. No we did not buy the truck the deal was not sat for us but we
will continue to shop for a dodge and we will buy another one we are true dodge
believer have been for years have owned ford chev and return to dodge each time
will look on this a someone just need more expen and more personality. not a
people person

sales staff were friendly. not rude or pushy. salesman called two weeks later
and checked on condition of my ram 1500. sales staff has called me several times
and has sent letters thru mail to see if I'm happy or not.
I took my ram for the recall. they said bring it in the next day and they would
fix it. the only thing I did not like was they said they would call me and let
me know when they were finished. they did not. I called at 4:50, they said they
finished it at 1:00. but other than that I'm satisfied.
