I bought a Car (2005 Tiberon) Nothing but problems since 6,000 miles. I bought
it new I have had 6 Alignment jobs due to the idiot not knowing how to do one.
My car has had severe damage to the paint from there lack of knowing how to
work on vehicles. They lost my car once, back trim had to be replaced twice
driver seat cover had to be replaced and steering wheel needs to be replaced
but the refused it turned from black/red to black/pink and white. They told
me it was my feminine lotions on my hands. (BS) Now my RPM gauge sticks at 2
RPM when I start and If I let off of the clutch it will drive its self (I know
real safe)They still say they can't duplicate the problem. I spoke with the
regional service Manager from the manufacturer he offered extended warranty
but I haven't seen that or the car fixed and they continue to waste me time.

My husband and I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership in the past 10
years. We have always had good friendly service and sales persons that worked
with us on our wants and needs. I am the wheeler and dealer of the family and
it gets amusing when the sales person realizes they are dealing with the woman
not the man! We have always had quick resolution to any warranty problems we
encountered...which I might add have been very few. Friendly and competent service.
One sales person went the extra mile after I ordered and received delivery of
my Dakota Quad Cab to add the agreed upon fender flares. He actually came to
my job and picked the truck up, drove it back to the dealership, had the flares
installed and returned it to me personally! Now I call that service! We will
continue to use this dealership in the future.
