The salesman was OK, but passed me off to the finance guy quickly, who was TERRIBLE. He didn't seem to know what he was doing, had to recalculate the prices twice, only for me to point out that he charged me once again, for something that I specifically denied. Aside from being passively-aggressively pushy with warranty crap that I specifically declined from the start, he charged me for it anyway - even after recalculating twice - and I had to go back and get him to fix it. He said I wasn't qualified for the financing I wanted and charged me 3 percent more even though my own bank gave me a lesser interest rate. He was an idiot and condescending for a punk that knows very little about finance. As a bank worker, I was appalled at his lack of knowledge and inability to do simple calculations. I would never go back to Todd Chrysler!

I have bought a vehicle from them, and have had it serviced there several times and they have been excellent. I find that they work for the customer and are very up front and honest, and their prices are very reasonable. Compared to many of the big city dealerships that I have gone to in the past they have been exceptional (I have had several bad experiences at the big city ones)! I would highly recommend them to anybody!!
