We brought in a dodge 1/2 ton to get a clunking noise fixed in the steering (you could feel it in the steering wheel). they quoted us about $430.00 to fix it and the bill came to $893.16. which was paid at pickup time. the moment we left the dealership the problem was still there. It took a month for them to look at it again and all they did was grease the steering box and problem was solved. I asked them if they would at least drop the labor on the first bill which was only $112.50 and they wouldn't which I believe was unbelievably fair on my part. I've never been treated with such little respect and in a VERY unprofessional manner. The service manager is not qualified to run a go-cart track let alone a service department. I believe they could have done something for me but didn't so I lost my cool. I'm sending a letter to the head office to see if they can do anything before I start sending letters to the local newspaper.
