absolutely awful experience, albeit 10 years ago, I never found an area to vent my frustrations until now....I am not alone in my feelings either... ask anyone who's tried to buy a car at this dealership before their 40th birthday... they treat younger buyers like crap, and seem to avoid them on repeat visits. My experience was to order a brand new 92 Dakota 4x4 and was so turned off by the sales manager, who smoked in my face the whole time I was giving my deposit, that I walked away from the deal 2 weeks later, after finding out the truck they promised me in 3 weeks, was to be 5 weeks... I've never been back. I lost my deposit and they never even called to see why I didn't come to pick up the truck... I was ignored for 15 min. every time I was there, I always had to ask to see someone. My salesman was OK, but after he lowballed my deposit and I refused to increase it at the request of the mgr, I never saw that salesman again. hhhmmmmmm. I know of many people in their 50's and 60's that buy a lot from here, but I know NO ONE under 40 that will ever go there again... my complaints to Chrysler Canada went unreplied to.... (by the way, I bought the same truck from somewhere else for $2700 less, and was treated excellent. Unfortunately, when I sold the truck in 97, it had over $7000 in warranty work in it. Good riddance to Chrysler products! I hope things have changed quality wise, cause you make some of the best looking vehicles on the planet. Too bad the goodness is only paint thin......
