We purchased a 2006 Dodge Durango 11/06. The sales people were great at the
time. They could not do enough for us. We have recently began experiencing a
bad odor in the vehicle. It seemed like a mold or mildew smell. It was worked
on twice, without finding the problem. It is now in the show for the third time.
We let them know that we would not be able to do without the vehicle for days
because we needed to be able to get to work. Naturally, they claimed there was
nothing that they could provide for us to drive because it was not their policy.
(Even though when we were thinking of buying, they offered to let us drive their
vehicle for as long as we needed to make up our mind.) Our Durango has now been
in the shop for a week. We have had to repeatedly call for updates, as they
do not find us important enough to call. We even spoke to the manager regarding
our need of our vehicle. He had the nerve to tell us that if we had let them
know that we needed a vehicle, he could've helped us out! I don't know how much
else we could've told him. We then told him that we needed our car and that
the service department needed to put it all back together so we could pick it
up, to which he refused because it was nearing time for the Service department
to go home. We will not ever buy another Dodge, nor will be purchase anything
from this Dealer. You are treated wonderfully, if you want to buy, but after
it's yours, they don't want anything to do with you.
