Service department uses every trick in the book to keep from doing warranty work. Bought a 2005 Pacifica at another dealer - maybe that's the problem! Had issues like peeling paint (not covered!), tires out of balance, rotor warped, trim bent. The selling dealer - Elkins in Raleigh -actually came and got the car from and fixed everything for me under warranty!! It's worth the trip!!

When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Roger Bazzmore. He was friendly and listened. I drove a vehicle that he could tell wasn't really what I wanted. He spent all day w/ my husband and me until he was able to locate a vehicle I loved. I did have several problems after that with paper work not being submitted and no return phone calls from the finance department. I final spoke to a GM Eddie who was great!He did whatever it took to correct the problem and even fixed a flat tire free of charge for me and made me a priority. They also installed a towing package free of charge. He also put me in touch w/ Belinda in the accounting department who has made sure every thing I needed was taken care ASAP and called me to give me updates continuously. They turned what starting to be a bad experience into a good one again. It is a new dealership who had some kinks but worked them out. I will definitely refer friends and use them again in the future.

On 4/26/05 had truck brought to dealership on flat bed since was it was not reliable and a safety concern due to equipment electrical failure. The initial cost after towing is $100 just to diagnose computer system. They reported the computer needed to be replaced at over $600 over the $100 already! They reported this would need to be done at would not guarantee to fix the problem further diagnose would have to be done$$$ They also FABRICATE RECORDS INFLATING PRICES TO CONSUMERS. They try bogus scams to PROTECT the manufacturer so as not to have to assist with factory DEFECTS and charging to the consumer all charges encountered. They are evasive/ Rude. My experience was HORRIBLE and am currently filing complaints with SC. consumer affairs as well Washington DC. consumer Affairs + FTC. They are simply out for your wallet and do not care about consumers or defected equipment making our citizens- roads and highways a potential death risk!
DO yourselves a favor and stay away THIEVES! They are not even registered member of the BBB Better Business Bureau.

Was having vibration problems with my car. Stopped by to have car checked and was told to return in 2 days (earliest appointment) and that it would cost $90.00 to do a visual inspection. More for a diagnostic (which is why I stopped). I could visually see myself that the car was vibrating without spending $90.00. Would not return there for help.

this dealership's service department is horrible. they are rude and they never call u back and they r rude to women. they take advantage and do not care about how long it takes nor do they care how long u r left without a car to drive. my car has been up there 3 times now and is still there. they cant do anything right. they have poor service and very poor costumer service. Do not go to Fort Mill Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge for anything.
