I have had some good experiences there, but way too many bad ones. I have been directly lied to and when I confronted the service manager about it, I was swore at me. Will never be back... I like my Chrysler products but get them serviced any where but at Reliable Motors. I will drive to Montague or Summerside.
Another experience was when i got my A/C fixed and I got in the car and my dash was buckled from improperly seating the plastic grill. The car went back in the service bay and when it came out, I had no radio knobs. I mentioned this to the service guys and they told me I didn't have any. As I debated this with the service manager the mechanic walked by. He inquired as to my satisfaction. As it turns out the knobs were on his work bench. The service manager couldn't find the mechanic, so he lied to me to get rid of me.
If there was ever a case of "Avoid like the plague" this one is.

I have had my 1999 Intrepid in to this dealer 3 times within the last year for a resister for my heater. The first time I took it in last year they replaced the resister and within a month it went again. They replaced the resister and told my that if it went again they would look into the heater fan as it could be drawing more power and blowing the resistor. It worked for about a year. Then on January 18th I took it in again because I only had one speed (max) on my heater. They replaced it and by the end of that same week it went again. I took it back in on the 24th and left it with them. They called me to tell me that the resister was gone again, DUH! When I went to pick up the car that afternoon they informed me that the heater fan was "probably" the problem. However my warranty does not cover the fan and it was going to cost over $300. However when I asked about replacing the resistor. again and seeing if it lasted me another year they refused. After speaking with a couple of mechanics and electrical repair people they said that is probably not the problem at all but a build up of snow around it and shorting it out. What ticks me off is that now I still have only one speed on my heater and I am also out the $75 that I paid to replace the resistor in the first place. After looking at the history on the system as I know they do, why would they not check the fan before replacing the resister, other than trying to rip people off. I am not impressed with their service department at this point!

Avoid this dealership like the plague, Parts and service are 60% more that you can get anywhere else. Was told that my tranny was gone and that it would cost me $2500 to replace, this was the third one that this dealer had put in the sedan in the last three years and it was just outside of the warranty period. Try to cut a deal with them cause of the history, no dice. Went to a tranny shop that I did not know and it cost $75 to repairs (wires) WOW!
Nothing but grief and in one case they out and lied, (I'm not pretty sure, I am 100% sure they lied.)
Contacted Chrysler Canada to complain and I got a canned kiss-off letter. This 15 year Chrysler customer is gone for good.

The dealership was excellent, but I am not happy with Chrysler Canada. I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel with only 66000 Kms. and I had to replace the tracking bar. I contacted Chrysler Canada and they provided me a file number for possible good will warranty. The division rep turned it down. I never got a reason just turned it down. I wanted to buy the extended warranty the day I attended the dealership but there was no one working that knew anything about it. I had concerns about replacing this item at the dealership because of the cost. The dealership couldn't contact the division rep because he wasn't available. They suggested that I do the repair as there would be a better chance the rep would respond positively. So much for that; the repair cost me in access of $500.00. I would have done the repair at the dealer if I wasn't lead to believe there maybe some good will coming my way. I am upset! I spoke with Chrysler Canada and they concur with the rep. I have always had Dodge vehicles. Some I bought new and some used. If I don't receive some compensation for this repair it will be the last I ever buy. I intend to share my experience with others. Chrysler good will stinks. This truck is only 6000 Kms over the warranty. The vehicle was $52150.00 new and I paid damn good money for this truck.
