Sales=Good, Service=Avoid, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Maybe,
Sales staff was pleasant and courteous, and the price I paid for the vehicle was fair. However, their Service Department is just awful... On one occasion, I was told my tires were "rotated," however that was not the case. My front tire (driver side) had a mark, and I knew my tires were not rotated. After confronting the manager, he spoke with the employee who worked on my car. The employee admitted to the mistake, and my account was credited accordingly. Several months later, the same thing happened, but rather than complain, this time I just decided to service the car somewhere else.
Their location is quite far, and going through the hassle of scheduling and wait time, is just not worth it. While my experience with the sales staff was a pleasant buying experience, their Service Department is down-right awful. In the future, I would consider buying from a different dealership and even consider buying a different brand. Sad...

Sales=Excellent, Service=Avoid,
I bought my 02 Ram Quad Cab 4x4 and noted some minor paint blemishes in the paint. I was told the body shop could handle this no problem and make it "like new!" (also had to have the radio replaced, they did this, but put a big ding and chip in my door) They agreed to fix the ding and the minor blemishes, and when it was "completed", I now had scratches in the paint, BAD orange peel, more blemishes than I started out with, and RUNS in the paint. They also didn't hook up the fog lamps and put the inner wheel wells on backwards. No attention to detail. I took it back, they said they would fix it, and when it came back the second time, orange peel was even worse, runs in different areas (not as bad as the first, however) rough spots on the paint, and they didn't even detail the areas which were masked off, leaving compound and adhesive on the car. It is in for the third time now, and a call to Mr. Reedman assured me that it will be brought back to "factory Specs" this time. Why wasn't it done that way the first time??? Great sales staff, but for body work, they are the pits. I am sick now. I just want a new truck!

Sales=Good, Service=Poor,
Once I bought the vehicle the salesperson didn't know I existed. The service department was friendly but had inexperienced staff and the service manager was rude. I had to bring my truck back 3 times before they got it right. The sad part of it all is I will probably but from them again because their prices are excellent.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
I went to several different dealerships, Reedman was Thousands lower, and had My Ram 1500 4x4 in stock. I had a paint defect problem and went to the service department to show them, and make an appointment. They told me it would be 30-45 minutes. When I got my truck back it was fixed. I was amazed at the way they took care of it. One year later, still satisfied.

Sales=Good, Service=Poor,
Sales experience was good, best price, small selection but it was the end of the model year. Service experience was the pits. First visit went fair when they could find the problems. Second visit took 2 1/2 days and a call to Mr. Reedman before they actually took the time to look for the problems. Will not take the vehicle back there for any warranty work. Probably will not buy there again either.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know or No Experience
