In 1997, after having agreed to purchase the brand new vehicle, it took over four hours to process the paperwork. I live over an hour's drive from the dealership. I asked them not to call me until everything was ready. After they called to tell me the vehicle was ready, when I got there they told me that the floor mats were on order and that I would have to return to pick them up when they came in. I had to make a 2 hour round trip just to pick up the floor mats. The car was not ready when promised. They tried to make me pay for a second set of keys. I had to call Chrysler to intervene to get the second set of keys at no extra charge. The only reason I dealt with this dealer at all was because they had the best selection of vehicles. In hindsight, I realize that that was a mistake. I like Chrysler products, but I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. It was, hands down, the most unpleasant purchasing experience of my life.

The sales department was very kind and understanding to my needs. They worked with me. When no other dealership could get me done they did. No one else would call back to tell me if they could get me approved or not. Dodgeland called back repeatedly and mailed me cards. When I finally got time to get there i got my first new car. I was very pleased with the service and though others may have had bad experiences, I had a great one! They treated me with respect, and the sales team was great!!!  Jodi in Parts is great!

Went to view Neon's for a "great price" Told none available but here I have this one. Looked at that vehicle, the trunk was full of water!! Said no way. Showed another car. No deal. Left came down again to look at another car, gee that car was sold before I got down there. Salesman called to say had car I wanted at price I wanted. Went down just about signed the papers and found out they priced financing for 72 months, after I had told them no more that 60. Are they nuts!!! Left for final time furious about shoddy way I was dealt with. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Called and inquired about advertised Jeeps. Was told they had 3 or 4 new Jeeps on the lot. Traveled that same day (within 2 hours) to look at the Jeeps. Arrived and asked the salesman I had spoken to earlier where the new Jeeps were. He turned to his sales manager and asked - was told they had one used Jeep on the lot and nothing else. Wasted a 1/2 hour drive to their business. Not only lost my business but I will make every effort to tell people I know never to deal with this 'low life' company. The horror stories I've heard and the derogatory sites on the internet are true. A disgrace for the Chrysler / Dodge Corporation. A company they probably turn a deaf ear to because of sales, however they are achieved.
