I located this site while I was searching for a phone number to call the dealer.
The reason I had to locate the phone number? They never called me "as promised" to let me the status of my vehicle!
I stumbled upon the following experience by another person, reproduced here verbatim...
"The service department is a disappointment. They often promise my vehicle by a certain time and never call...when I go to get it it hasn't been started yet. Fortunately the waiting area is fairly comfortable with a TV. The counter agents are business-like to the point of seeming a bit unfriendly." This was dated 11 Dec 2001.
And here I am in 2004 facing the exact same experience....
Either they have too much business from Service that they don't care...or They just don't care irrespective of the level of business... The guy who calls himself the Service Manager just doesn't care....!
