New lancer 2008 has been in 3 times and a 4th that I decided to leave because of the service manager and his bad attitude. This man has directly insulted me multiple times and should be fired. He has no business running their service department. I was sold a better stereo and free sirius by the sales department and then told it was their mistake the vehicle I selected did not have those features. I asked for that in writing, they chuckled like I was actually joking! Don't do business here they are not fair and will tell you anything to sell you a car. If you search this dealer you will see all the complaints online about them!
