The place is a huge rip off. Take advantage of you and Rape your wallet. The group of people that work in the service dept. office DO NOT give a rats a** about the customers, the employees, they are nothing but back stabbers, and overcharge for EVERYTHING!!!! The parts Dept. Sells NAPA parts as dodge, and nissan OEM parts. They should be put out of business! Tell all your friends to never go there. Find the next nearest Dodge dealer. Think it is Mcalls in Ebensburg.

this is my 3rd dodge truck and almost the exact same mileage i've had to replace the front axle joints on all three. Courtesy Dodge is a joke I had them paint my doors and tailgate on my truck because of bad rust. They painted the doors and tailgate under warranty for outer panel
perforation. Now less then a year later the doors are rusting again twice as bad and Courtesy will not cover there work saying that the work they did was technically not warranty work and they shouldn't have done the work in the first place. Now they want me to pay for half of the work done on the truck to fix it right and it will run me around $1000.Call Daimler Chrysler about situation and they gave me the run around as well. At all risK I would avoid Courtesy dodges service department at all risk.. WAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR MISTAKE !!!!!!!!!

I have purchased many new Dodge Vehicles from Courtesy of Altoona.. I have been dealing with them since in the Mid 80's.. They have always given me a great deal , and backed up the sale with anything service wise I needed in a timely fashion. I have nothing but good to say about there sales and service staff, and will again purchase from them.. I have in the past app twenty years purchased about 10 vehicles from them,, and hopefully will in the future purchase a few more..

I have purchased several Dodge Stratus from this dealer. I have had some problems and the service department has been excellent in taking care of me. Recently, I purchased a 2004 Dodge Stratus SXT (6/2/03). I had several problems with this vehicle. I had to have the front disc's turned and the driver's window repaired. on 3/21/04, I had ht car in for a leak in the transfer case seal. First repair did not resolve. I spoke to the GM on Monday, 3/26/04, and his resolution was to make me a fantastic deal on one of the NEW 2004 Dodge Stratus SXT they just got in. What a difference! they have made some drastic changes in this model. The SXT now has V6 2.7L engine and transmission built in U.S.A. Sunroof, sporty suspension, power driver seat and on and on. I am extremely pleased with these changes and Daimler/Chrysler has turned my head. Go for it!

bought a brand new hemi had problems since 1000 miles, the fist time in could not find any thing wrong, did it again at 1700 miles took it in and they put on a computer came up with nothing, they set me up with a appointment to have the computer in truck reprogrammed, took truck home 2700 miles hit the truck, acted up again went back down did the same thing again with the computer took it home lasted to 4000 miles went back down ask what is the problem with the truck they answered "no clue", so i go out to the mangt. they told me that that's my problem, so i told them that i'll put in as lemon law, they told me to go down in lot and pick out another truck, i did nothing different, than what i had they told me 2700$ difference, so i saluted them and left, they ended up giving me 22000$ for a truck that i paid 26000$ for never went back
paint also screwed up look like orange peel on it they told me that dodge has a leeway with paint and they will not do any thing about the paint

Bought a new 2004 dodge ram there and it was getting 8 mpg in the city and 11 on the highway, they say there's nothing wrong with it ! Other dodge owners aren't having this problem....they get the 14 city and 17 highway....This dealership told me there was a break in period on this truck, I called Daimler Chrysler and they said No we are unaware of a break in period on any car. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE< they suck you in, take your vehicle, throw you into a beautiful vehicle that doesn't run right, and then they refuse to fix it!

Dodge has the finest truck on the market. I bought the truck of my dreams, a quad cab hemi with 20" rims that just turns heads where ever I go. I brag about this truck and the place I bought from ( Courtesy Motors ) This is the only vehicle I've ever bought that I can just stare at for hours. The entire staff at Courtesy lived up to their name and reputation - Five Star for sure!    Good bye Chevy :(

Shopped at several dealers, courtesy was the only one that was straight up with me. When I had to get my car serviced I called the sales dept the forwarded me to the service dept that set me up an appointment and took very good care of me made sure I had a ride while they worked on my car. I would highly recommend courtesy to all. Courtesy Motors in Altoona PA is the best.
