They are using "bait & Switch tactics. After contacting them about an ad that
seemed unbelievable, I received an e-mail and 2 phone calls telling me that
the ad price was correct. When I showed up at Burgunder Dodge, I was told the
price was a mistake. Then was asked if I wanted to make an offer anyway. This
was a big waste of my time, considering I rushed there to buy the vehicle. The
ad price difference was $3100. The ad is still the same now, which is almost
27 hours later. I feel that it was a bait and switch deal.

Sales=Good, Service=Poor,
New service group poor management. Had my vehicle there twice and had to have
their work re-done. For example my headliner needed adjustment so I took my
truck in for an oil change and to fix the gaps in the headliner. The same guy
that did the oil change must have worked on the headliner also. Grease all over
the headliner and seats. I would have been better off not bringing it in. They
did apologize and clean it up. They need to take pride in what they do and hire
competent people or train the ones they have better.
