bought a new car from this company in '76' when they owned a chevy dealership. they fixed a leaking front and back windows, wouldn't do anything about an oil burning engine (two quarts per tank of gas). put over 52 hours of paint work on body of car and would do no more work on the body(their words), the car was rusting due no primer, and looked like a dalmatian due to all of the spot repairs. (had the car repainted by independent shop). kept the car for two years, the oil consumption never resolved itself and the dealer wouldn't do anything about it. will never buy from this dealer again no matter what brand they sell.

Good repair work. Men kind of treated me like an idiot because I'm a woman, but the service was good.

I have purchased my 94 ram pick up from verger Chrysler. It was the best purchasing experience I've ever had. Not like Lithia or one of those other hack dealerships. The service department is excellent. Erik helped me out several times and has always had my truck ready when he said it would be, and it was always under the estimate. You can’t ask more than that. The other men at the dealership have always been very helpful, they even take me back to work at 7:30 and pick me up at lunch time when its usually ready. Mark has also been very courteous and helpful. The techs there are also very good and always willing to go the extra mile to get the truck fixed. I know things don’t always go as planned and when they call to tell me I need some additional work, I know I can trust them. Thank you Verger Chrysler. Keep up the good work Dodge boys!

their service department is a joke! I hade to show their "certified tech's" three times where my power steering box was leaking and made them drive it to convince them it was going out and then they told me "they all do that". after three times I had to call the dodge corp and file a complaint. dodge told me that they have logged so many complaints on this dealership that they need a department just to deal with them alone. i got the box replaced after the dodge corp contacted the dealership and made them do it. this is not the only problem i've had with them but I don't have enough space to tell you all of them.this was my most recent and my last. I drive three hours to the next closest dealer now to get all my warranty work done now. I will never set foot on vergers lot again! they give dodge a bad name and should be avoided at all cost unless you enjoy getting you vehicle repaired by total idiots!
