Just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I had at Town & Country Dodge. A little out of the way from North Portland but well worth the drive. Our sales person was named Betsy and she made everything so easy. Little or no haggling on price and we got a new Ram 1500 for monthly payments we could afford.

I purchased my truck on line, Pete Barnhouse was the sales person. I found their price to be more than fair, They beat DAVE SMITH by $400.00 and I didn't have to drive to Idaho to get the truck. The truck was factory ordered, and the wait
(7 weeks) seemed like forever, however I was informed it would take that long going in! the truck arrived and was delivered in great shape, with a full tank and properly serviced. I live 130 miles from their dealership, it has needed warranty service on two occasions, I had that work done by a local 5 star dealer(Lums, Astoria, Oregon)and it was properly repaired. I would highly recommend town & Country Dodge and also Pete Barnhouse.

Excellent sales staff. Most Knowledgeable about the trucks in the area. Steering box dripped fluid. Service did a good job of correcting the situation in a timely (same day) fashion.

Finally got the four hundred dollars back. Credited to my first car payment. Once they have your money there is no way you are going to get cash. They said they over charged my because of window etching was charged. Window etching was never offered or mentioned in any of our conversation, through out the process. Never said they were sorry, never admitted it was a mistake. Lambert’s famous last words , if you have any problems, just give me a call. Yeah right. Comments and ratings don't match very well, but are posted as received.

Bought a 1500 4X4 HEMI QUAD CAB for 25888. Salesman Steve Adleman was great. Has knowledge of the product and was honest. I have no complaint about Steve. The business manager Digger Lambert, was a jerk. He over charged me $400.00 and it took a week of calling every day before the problem was resolved. He just would not return phone calls. Get someone else to do your contract.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
We took our Dodge Ram in for an electrical problem. We have had the truck in for other small warranty repairs and knew all the warranty information was listed in their computers. We had to ASK them to pull up the warranty information so we could get things covered under warranty. After pulling fuses (which we had told them we had already done) they claimed the problem was after market and charged us $110 (and no repair was made). We then took the truck to the guy who did our electrical for our camper plug. It took him all of 30 seconds to find the problem. He replaced the plug and charged us $65.00 ($15 of which was the part). Neither of us could figure out what they had done at the dealership that would have amounted to $110. The dealership was not very accommodating to work with and we won't go back.

Ordered out a new Ram, loaded and sales was helpful and no pressure or typical games. At delivery, no games and they even filled the fuel tank. Didn't even try to sell the extended warranty or undercoating! Imagine that. Local dealer in a small town. Can't afford to alienate customers and be 'bad rapped'..... worth the trip. They sold it to me at $350 over Invoice which is fair.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know or No Experience
