Never ever again will I deal with this dealership - not even if I have a recall on my car. They have been nothing but a nightmare, and have ruined any chances of me ever again purchasing a new car. There are too many things to list, but let me tell you, it is a horror story, including the time when I was going though a tank of gas going to my boyfriends house an hour away, and I would have to fill up to come home again. It took over 2 years after this new car went through the e-test and kept failing. For two ears I was told: Miss Kelly, there is nothing wrong with your car....it’s the way you are pumping the gas." I was never so insulted and discriminated in all my life.

One other reason I will never buy there again....for the first four years, I would step into my car and as soon as my foot would touch the floor, water would gush up through the carpet and soak my feet. There was a leak but every time I brought it in, they said there was no leak. They finally found it after 4 or 5 years, when they called someone down from the factory where it is built. My car, even though having only 80,000 km on it, is a rust pile of junk, because they refused to take up the carpet and clean up the water. I was told they coat the floor of the car before the carpet goes down, but I knew they were full of it, because I build cars for a living and I’ve done the job where you lay down the carpet, and there is no coating.

I never had the new car smell because as I drove off the lot, there was some kind of rodent up inside warming up by the engine and my car stunk for almost a year. They did nothing.

They did nothing any of these times...and that was just the beginning of things they have put me through. No one would help me. Their manager wouldn’t see me or come to the phone.

Never ever again will I ever deal there...and most likely never again will i purchase a new car. i paid all that money, at that time $600 a month, to have years of heart ache over a car.

I will never forgive nor will I ever forget the hell Windsor Chrysler put me through. I will be looking for another car very soon as mine is rusting out rather quickly...it will be a Chrysler because I am a Chrysler worker, but never again will i go through Windsor Chrysler...to the point where I have phoned them and told them if they ever call my house again, I will call the police for harassment.

Sales=Good, Service=Poor, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
We bought the truck in April. It is a 2004 Dodge Ram 4x4 Laramie with the Hemi engine. When we went on vacation the check engine light came on a couple of days later. We took it into the Chrysler dealership in Forest, Ontario. They said that it was the oxygen intake sensor. Upon returning home the truck could barely pull our trailer. We took it into Windsor Chrysler and they claimed to have fixed it. The following spring when we went to pull the trailer we discovered that it had not been repaired. It has been in several times to get it fixed for once and for all only to be told that they could not find anything wrong and claimed that they have not heard of any other trucks having this problem. The dealership that we purchased our trailer from has told us that he has a guy that bought a light weight 24' trailer from him and is having the same problem. He said that he took it out for a test drive and could not believe how bad it pulled. In June 2005 we to! ok the truck into the dealership hoping that they would fix it before we headed to British Columbia for vacation. They said they could find nothing but suggested we switch both the differential and transmission fluid to synthetic fluid. This we did. It made no difference. The driving on vacation was a nightmare. We had transports and mini-vans pulling trailers passing us. Upon our return we contacted the dealership and were asked to bring it in so that they could install a co-pilot. We took the trailer out. Now it was worse than ever. It was taking anywhere from 85 to 105 to shift into third gear. AND YES WE KNOW TO PULL IN TOW MODE!!!!!!! We took the truck back to the dealer to have the co-pilot taken out and were told that they would read it and let us know. Three weeks later we got a phone call to say that the co-pilot malfunctioned and could we bring it back in to try again. This was late in November and the trailer was already in storage for the winter. So ! now I am told I have to wait until we get the trailer back. ! Today we had an oil change done and were advised that both the front differential and the power steering are leaking. I two trucks we owned prior to this were both GMC Sierra's 1500 and they both pulled the same trailer without any problems. We are so sorry that we bought a Chrysler and would never even consider buying one again. We are seriously going to look into the new Toyota truck that is supposed to be out in 2007 (if the Chrysler lasts that long) because we are so fed up of the extremely poor service we are getting.

Sales Dept promised everything to make the sale. Service don't do what they should. Have had 3 visits. 1st time the dealer ripped a seat fixing the radio, 2ND time they ordered the wrong seat cover, 3rd time they had the car 2 days (no loaner) and didn't do the work. I took the car to another dealer who fixed the problem and billed the other dealer.

Dealership and salesman tried to screw me over on the purchase of 1997 Ram PU. Switched radios, overcharged me..... Lucky I'm a DC employee and got it rectified. Will NEVER return!
