The sales people in negotiating the price will use approaches such as " if I sold it to you at that price , I could get arrested. It's against the law". The service dept. loved to always forget that certain items are under the power train warranty and would charge you , make you pay up front and then let you get your warranty book from your vehicle to prove it. Many times I called Chrysler Canada from their service dept. toll free to have my complaint handled. I refuse to ever buy there again. They have no loyalty to the customer whatsoever, and as I told them once in front of others, imagine the trouble I am having , you can understand why I would never send my wife here alone.
