Tried to buy a used PT cruiser convertible there. It was represented as "executive driven" although another salesperson admitted it came from a car auction, and co-incidentally, Avis just disposed of its fleet of PT cruiser convertibles!
I had a trade-in, a 91 Dodge Shadow convertible. Yes, I know, it's old, but it was garage stored in winter, drove nicely, and eye candy. The greedy sales manager told me he'd take it on trade, if I bought a PT cruiser, but would give me NOTHING for it! I went elsewhere, but a PT cruiser convertible for $1,000 less, and was given a decent trade-in value. When I got home, the salesdroid from Durham Dodge phoned to say she had found a buyer for my Shadow convertible, admitted the manager was an ass for wanting my car for free! Past experiences in parts and service have been good, but I'll never buy a car there, and laugh when I see their PT cruisers languishing unsold on the lot.
