Poor service experience all around. Unwilling to look up my service records because the service was not done at this location-and this was after admitting they had the capabilities to see my service records from the past few visits at that other location. They decided I should contact contact the dealership where the repairs were done, which was not open. Worst part was they said they didn't even have the phone number of that location and it wasn't in the local phonebook for me to look up because its out of town. Nice to know they will take your money when you need repairs but provide no post purchase customer service when you need it most.
