I bought a 2000 Caravan 8 years ago. The transmission blew after one, the service dept. told me I had been spinning my wheels and caused the problem. The road side service took over 1 hour to get me when the van died. I went back yesterday because of their pt cruisers price. Found out they had nothing on site at their advertised price. The sales agent would not let me drive alone, he actually drove first then handed the car over to me - i promptly drove it back. he asked what my husband did for a living - apparently not interested in my employment, funny since I am the one purchasing the vehicle. He was evasive about finance rates, and 'talked down' to me about the car specs. I was offended. I will never go back.

Service after sale has been an excellent experience and would have no hesitation to recommend the product or service to anyone. This Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep facility has earned my respect and appreciation.

Wanted to charge above sticker price for a new 2005 - 300 Limited. When it was pointed out that there was a mistake in the sticker price, the sales manager got very upset and denied it. We left, but returned at the request of the saleslady, and made another offer on a demo. The sales manager would did not want to deduct anything, even though the car had 5500km on it. Finally he deducted 1000, but it was off the original(WRONG) sticker price. Then they wanted to charge double what any other dealership charges for admin, etching, etc. We felt totally ripped off. We consequently went to another dealer, and got a better deal on a better equipped car. We felt sorry for the saleslady, but the sales manager was a real jerk, and we blamed him
for blowing the deal.

Note: A dealership is not bad because it will not sell you the car you want at your price. If you can get a better price elsewhere, do it. That is what free enterprise is all about. Dealerships who are adversarial, misrepresent the terms of a sale, or use bait and switch are the ones I consider bad. Please do not confuse price with quality when rating dealerships.  Dave F.

I have bought and serviced both of my vehicles here , excellent sales dept, and after the sale service, service advisors are both very good. This is the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle from a dealer and been treated with respect. A true FIVE STAR experience. I believe if your dealership is not FIVE STAR you should try Belleville Dodge Chrysler Jeep! Keep up the good work Ralph and the gang!

Try to sell service that is not needed! Told wife the oil pan needed replacing due to rust through on a 5 year old vehicle. Took it to another dealer, told me he didn't even have to look, that was the Belleville dealers latest scam! I had the oil pan inspected at another dealer later, it is perfectly fine. The also tried to sell my wife brakes there were not needed. Tried to convince me when I purchased vehicle that I had to follow the "harsh conditions" service schedule to maintain warranty. Call Chrysler and they told me that was completely not true based on my usage of the vehicle! My oil seals blew out under warranty, but somehow I ended up paying $200 dollars for work I found out from another dealer was either not required, or should have been covered due to oil leak problem!
I have not found anyone I work with that would take their vehicle to this place, even for warranty work due to poor experiences.
