 Very poorly trained sale's staff; unknowledgeable, rude and will lie just to get the sale.  Once they've got the sale, the salesperson disappears along with your vehicle.  I have bought two Dodge trucks from Lynn Hickey's and both times it has taken over 8 to 10 hours. Service: Unknowledgeable on Diesel engines.  The so-called technician's damage more vehicles than they fix. The service managers are worse that the technician's, they have zero knowledge on diesel engines. The body shop, well the management is worse that the above.

I waited 5 hours to buy this truck. After 2 months my extended 7 tear/70000 mile warranty mysteriously vanished. The truck payments went down $2.00 a month. I never signed anything , nor did I want to cancel the warranty. The staff there is real flaky. They will do anything to finance the vehicle, beware of the changes to the contract. I would never buy anything from this dealer again. I am in the military, I shipped the truck to Germany right after I bought it. I would have sued this company, it is more trouble than it is worth. DODGE RAMS are good, just this dealer is a CROOK! STAY AWAY.
