Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Maybe,
I have went to this dealership multiple times to get service or parts, and they
have tried to charge outrageous prices for the parts and labour. I had my rear
pinion seal go out on my truck, and without even taking the vehicle into a bay
and looking at it, they stated I would either
need a whole new axle or complete new internal parts of the diff, and wanted
to charge over $2500 for all the parts and labour either way. Another shop in
town actually opened the diff up and I just needed new seals and bearing, it
was about $300 in parts and labour.
They also voided my whole trucks warranty without giving me notification for it at all, so when I went back to get something looked at they charged me an hours worth of labour, and then decided to tell me my warranty had been completely voided months ago.
Stay away from these crooks as far as you can. They know they are the only
Dodge dealer within 60 miles, so they are taking everyone for everything they
can.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Poor, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
The service department is very poor. My husband has taken his vehicle into the
service department twice in the last week because he was having problems getting
it to start. He drives a 2003 Cummins Diesel 4-wheel drive, the service department
told him that they could not find anything wrong, they said to run some injector
cleaner through it and it should be fine. Wrong !!! Saturday morning February
26, 2005 it would turn over but not start at all. My husband then went down
to Johnny Roberts and visited with the service manager, he seemed to be very
disinterested in what my husband had to say. He said to call a roadside assistance
and have it towed down there, but he didn't have a tech to work on it so he
did not know when they would be able to get to it. We have our own business
and this vehicle is how we make a living. If it is not running then we are not
making any money. The service manager was not very concerned in helping us.
We then called Cummins in Weatherford, Oklahoma and spoke with Chad Cummins,
he said if we could get the vehicle to his dealership he would in return give
my husband a pickup to drive and fix our vehicle. The transmission on this vehicle
is still under warranty. I feel like any Dodge Dealership should be willing
and able to work on this type of pickup. Our plans were to buy both of our next
vehicles through the Johnny Roberts dealership, but since they took such a disinterest
in helping us, we in return will probably drive out of our way to the Cummins
dealership in Weatherford, Oklahoma and buy our next vehicles. My husband &
I both have a Dodge pickup on is a 2004 4-wheeler drive Hemi & my husbands
is a 2003 3/4 ton 4-wheel drive diesel. We purchased the 2004 through this dealership.
