I have found Voss to be fair,and honest. I have bought two vehicles at Voss,and both are serviced at Voss. I have never had any problems in my dealing's with them,they're sales and service dept. employees are friendly,and knowledgeable.

I thought I had found the only dealership in the area with real integrity, until 10/23/04. Their technician snapped off a transfer case shift lever. The real problem is the technician decided to ignore the damage he did to my vehicle and allow me to drive away without even saying a word. When I discovered the damage about a mile down the road, returned to Voss and confronted them, the technician decided to tell me that he thought it was like that when I brought it in but "...maybe I hit it with my knee when I got in the truck, I don't know". Spoke with the GM on duty, who said he had spoken with the technician already (which goes to show you how serious the problem is if the tech is already talking with the GM...read: cover up). Up until this experience, they had been excellent to me. Of course, I only let them do 1 oil change, 3 fuel filters, 2 cab clearance lights, and a slow power window problem. If only they had "come clean" rather than trying to weasel out of the issue, I wouldn't have an issue. Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy: a lesson Voss Dodge has not learned.

These guys were absolutely outstanding, and have bent over backwards on more than 1 occasion to make me happy. I shopped every local dealer (and some nonlocal) and bought it here. In fact, it was the only local dealer where I didn't feel covered in slime when I left. Outstanding.
