The sales force on a scale of 1-5 1 being the best this dealership would rank
a minus 5. My trade offer was $4500 less then Bob Caldwells gave me no return
phone call from Trader Buds. No gas in the new truck for a test drive they had
the truck in stock that i needed. 3 weeks later i get a call from the sales
manager at Trader Buds asking me if i was ready to buy yet i informed him that
i did purchase a new truck from Bob Caldwells he asked why i told him the reason
after 2 months i had to put a stop to the weekly calls from Trader Buds asking
me the same Questions. Years ago when Bud Hatfield owned this dealership it
was great . Some one at Sonic Motors better wake up .I will never I repeat never
step foot in this dealership again.
I love my Dodge I will return to Bob Caldwells in the future

Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Maybe,
I took my 03 Dodge Ram with 26,000 miles in because there was a popping noise
in the steering and a rattle in the dash. The dealer never called me to tell
me it was ready. When I finally contacted them at the end of the day they said
it had been ready since 2:00PM. No big deal. I went to pick up the truck and
I was told to see the cashier. She handed me the key and paperwork and said
there you go. I walked back to the service department and asked where my truck
was. I was told it was in the back lot "somewhere". It was 20 degrees
and snowing and I'm walking around a big a** lot trying to find my truck in
a lot full of trucks!!! I finally found it, got in and turned the wheel to pull
out of the parking space and pop, pop, pop. The popping was still there. I went
back inside to find the service manager and I was told they were closed for
the day and everyone in service was gone. So I start driving home and what do
I hear coming from the dash, tick, tick! , tick. The rattle was still there
too! They didn't fix either problem and I almost got frostbite searching for
my vehicle. Needless to say, whenever I get a chance to be without a car for
a day again I'll be giving them an opportunity to redeem themselves.
Love my truck, not a big fan of my local dealer. I owned a Jeep Grand Cherokee
before my truck and it was great as was the jeep dealership.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
Bought a used vehicle from the lot. 2 weeks later the AC went out...they were
no help, a month later the transmission went...again no help. If I am paying
this much for a vehicle it should have been at least inspected before hand and
to have to shell out $2000 in repairs, just after I bought it is ridiculous.
I will never buy another thing from this dealer again.

Sales=Good, Service=Don't Know,
I have purchased two vehicles (used) and have been very satisfied with the dealership.
Pricing was good and there was very little sales pressure.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
The employees were lazy and arrogant. I am a contractor and I had a specific
request for a truck, A 2500HD 4x4 V-10 stick short bed extended cab with the
towing package, and I was ready to cut a check for the sticker price. The dealer
only wanted to sell me a new 4 door Dakota with the tiny bed, and the "manager"
said that they could order one from the factory. So I wrote a letter to Detroit
explaining my dismay. After an unexpected call from an executive I was able
to get precisely what I wanted through the other dealership in town. I also
took my 88 Ram 50 to this dealer to receive an alignment witch they did, but
they missed the fact that the steering box was damaged witch made the new alignment
useless one week later. I took my truck to the other dealer in town and they
replaced the box with a rack and pinion unit for an Omni and it was a 100% improvement
over the stock steering.

Never go there to buy a car get work done or anything. Horrible service, especially
in the body shop. All the associates would rather buy donuts and coffee and
sit in there chairs all day!

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
Gave me a price, then tried to switch it in the paperwork. Argued with them
until I got the originally agreed upon price. I had to revisit the dealer after
I did some calculations and found they added extra money into my payments (approx.
$2 per month). They told me not to sweat it because it was only $2 a month ($2
x 60 months= $120 x every customer they finance= tons of free money for the
dealership). I argued with the finance manager until they re-figured the loan
minus the extra $2 per month. They claim the $2 was for paperwork filling fee
but they also added the $75 one time filling fee on top of that.
