Sales=Poor, Service=Good, 
Bought a used vehicle and ordered a new Dodge Ram 2500 Ram truck at the same time. They separated the sale and once the used car was picked up, they forgot to order the truck so they would not have to abide by the agreed upon price for the truck. As a result we went to Tom Ahl in Lima, OH who gave us a much better deal and service.
