Poor treatment by the sales department. It was one year ago and had I known this site was available, I would have submitted this at the time. Our salesman was very friendly and courteous, but ended up wasting 2 hours of our time. He made a lot of claims about pricing, but when we sat down to talk, everything changed. They asked for the keys of my vehicle to check the mileage--they never mentioned they would be taking it out for a test drive. I never agreed to that. Once I realized what had happened, I was furious. How dare they drive my vehicle without my permission. I still hadn't even decided I would buy a car from them or that I would be trading in my vehicle. The offer they made on my trade in was insulting--It was half of what 3 other dealerships had quoted me. After I realized what they had done, I went out to my car, of course they left in unlocked after the test drive. I had my cell phone and digital camera in the front seat--anyone could have ! taken it. I found their attitude very offensive and the presumption to be pompous. I would never buy a car from them--EVER!

The people at Kings Dodge are wonderful. I was surprised to see any negative reviews.The customer who stated who was upset that he did not qualify for the 0% financing should NOT be upset with the dealership. The finance rates are tied to HIS credit rating!

Troy Hoffman was the salesperson he lied to us about everything we called and got a price on the phone and when we went into sign the paperwork it had changed. We were very upset with the whole process. Then the finance dept tried to charge us a rate of 4.00 % when they were offering 0% with the rebate, so troy told us. We just thought that stunk to high heaven. Avoid this dealership at all cost and the salesman.
