I bought a dodge caravan 2008. We had a GPS. installed for 2000.00 in dec 2007. This GPS has never worked. The General Manager told us thAt it will not work because ( THE PART HAS NOT BEEN MADE YET). Now I know this reason is very funny, but that's what he told us. Now is May and i still don't have a working GPS yet. I have talk with this man face to face. I he made it sound like there is nothing i can do about it. I have tried to find help. I can't find out who owns the dealership. I believe as much as i paid for this van i should have rights, but i don't.

this dealership was the best one i have every dealt with. i will buy all of my vehicle form this dealer.
