They quoted me in writing my steering gear was bad, but it turns out I spent the money to fix it, when it didn't need it fix. I asked them to settle with me, since I spent the money on a new gear, and the labor to have it installed. I was out a chunk of money, and they said it's not their problem. I told the BBB and AG, and they agree C&C should stand behind their written word, but they chose not to. The place is a rip off. Do not buy or get your car serviced at this greedy dealer.

The salesman was Craig Lupardus who was very knowledgeable about the car we purchased. The dealer we closed with was Jason Varner who was very knowledgeable concerning his experience in preparing all of the paperwork and explaining in detail everything we needed to know. Overall our experience with this dealership was excellent.

The Salesmen are great, but the service department leaves a lot to be desired. The service department doesn't get the problems repaired the first time and they have damaged the vehicles finish twice. I just got a new 2004 because they could not repair the 2003. It cost me more money but it was worth it to be rid of the problems.
