05experience=I own an independent collision/restoration shop. I sometimes sublet jobs that are not in my area of expertise. On the most recent job (a shift problem) with a Ram 1500, the service tech located the problem fast (a BAD repair by a trans.shop) and repaired it at a reasonable cost, quickly, and as always,correctly. I use Tri-County for all my o.e.m. mopar parts. They have always treated me great. The parts and service personnel are always friendly and most helpful. Most of the people have been there for many years,and we know each other on a first name basis.
