Got a good deal. Realized a week later however, no spare. Called 'em. They gave
me a spare. Two weeks later I notice a tear in rear pass. sidewall. Go to put
on spare, it's the wrong size. Call 'em again. They give me another spare (right
size), but I must have ripped the tire so they wont replace that. Three weeks
later I get a copy of my trade in's title. Call 'em. "keep it,your copy". Two
weeks later they call me."have you seen the title. ""yes." "Why didn't you call?
"I did" Could you bring it over?" "I live an hour away." "You have no legal
right to this title" Then come and get it or I'll mail it." They came and got
it.

Sales=Good, Service=Poor,
I was impressed with my initial contact with the sales dept. They seemed friendly
and eager to help. They even sent for a truck out of my state. (Although they
did not tell me that they intended to drive it back - I was under the impression
that it was going to be put on a rollback truck.) This is where my experience
takes a slight turn. Not only was my vehicle delivered with several hundred
miles but it also had a blown up transmission(5 speed manual). Apparently a
seal had been improperly installed and the oil pumped out when the truck reached
highway speeds. The truck was unable to be delivered on time. For this I was
granted free oil changes for 1 year, (nice gesture). I was also told the truck
would be buffed before I picked it up and it was not. After finally receiving
and driving the truck only a hundred miles or so, I became aware of a serious
problem. The second transmission was suffering the same problem as the first
- pumping out oil at an alarming rate. Oil came out of the top of the transmission
and landed on the exhaust pipe creating an enormous smoke cloud behind the truck.
I returned it to the dealer to have the seal repaired. It was fine for a few
thousand miles and I went away for an extended weekend. When on my way home
the seal blew again. I notified the dealer after a rough ride home that I thought
that the transmission blew up again. They informed me I would have to get the
truck to the shop or they could not help me. I informed them I did not feel
it was safe to drive. I was told I either had to tow it or drive it or they
could not help me. Needless to say, I got it to them for it's third transmission
with less than three thousand miles. At twelve thousand miles it had to have
new front shocks. At about twenty eight thousand it needed a new catalytic converter
as the weld broke. A new transfer case at thirty eight thousand and new inner
and outer pinion bearings in the rear end as well as having the transfer case
and transmission seals replaced. Buyer beware! I would like to say in closing,
I fault Chrysler Corporation more than I do the dealer although I feel the dealer
could have done more to alleviate the problems I experienced.

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid,
I live in Seneca Falls, and let me just tell you that Koch isn't a good
businessman, and the dealership has been known to have a lot of "faulty" vehicles,
that are brought in and out of the shop all the time.
