I purchased the vehicle on 3 Oct and drove back to MA having provided the dealer with all information required to register the car- I wanted to bring back the info with me but they refused saying they had a service which could do so. For the past week the car has sat in my driveway for despite numerous phone calls by me and promises by them nothing has happened. They haven't taken care of the registration nor delivered me the paperwork so I can do so. Further, while numerous promises where made when I negotiated over the phone (interest rate, price, condition of car) they attempted to back out on each of these when I showed up to purchase the vehicle. I was looking for a specific vehicle and have been taken advantage of as a result. I understood I would be paying a premium but now, having done so, they have failed to even follow up and I can't even register my car! I would avoid this place at all costs.
